CHILD CARE REFERRALS

ICES is here to help you make the important decision of who to care for your child. The State Department of Education funds ICES so that we can provide free child care referrals to parents in Tuolumne & Mariposa Counties. ICES maintains an up-to-date referral file of licensed and licensed exempt centers and licensed family child care homes in those areas.

Our Child Care Information Specialists are trained Early Childhood educators who are experts at listening and helping parents with their child care needs. We can give you names and numbers of child care providers in your area as well as talk with you about financial help with your child care costs and counsel you how to make the best child care choice for your family. And, we are available after you have made your choice to answer questions you may have about how to foster and maintain a good relationship with your child's caregiver.
